Equipment not Working?
If your equipment is not working, here are some helpful tips. Check to make sure:
• Emergency switches are turned on
• The circuit breaker has been reset
• Thermostat batteries are functioning
• Thermostats are set to the heat mode and are set high enough to call for heat
• Boiler water level and pressure are at proper levels
• You have fuel

After hours/weekend emergency service is available to customers who:
- Are on an auto delivery plan in good credit standing and have run out of heating oil
- Have a Service Plan and heating oil delivery with Peterson’s Oil Service
- Receive heating oil from Peterson’s Oil on one of the payment plans (excluding Market Price Plan customers)
- Are experiencing an emergency that would result in mechanical failure. After hours/weekend emergency service is not available for any type of routine service, follow up service or non-emergency situation.
